High blood pressure is something you might not be aware of. It’s easy to take our health for granted and unless you need to visit your GP for another reason, it can often go undetected for several years. But high blood pressure can put your body at serious risk of developing other potentially life threatening conditions so needs addressing in the early stages and there are several ways you can help yourself.

A diet like this will give you far more energy than a highly processed one and will give you the determination to carry on. Incorporating plenty of fresh fruit and veg into your meals will also give you the vitamins and minerals necessary for good health.
